Our support service offering spans front and back store, from call desk, managed services, helpdesk to the onsite and break-fix support. We have been setting up and opening retail stores since 1994. The professional service division include business consulting and analysis, quality assurance, training and Project Management Office. We expanded in supporting the retail banks and payment service providers in South Africa, we have implemented, manage and provide onsite support over 46 000 bank pos payment devices. Trade Link sell and support the global leading point of sale solutions for grocery, fashion, hospitality and general retail markets.
