At TRACTION, we’re about building confidence, competence and momentum for young people by working alongside them as they complete projects, like building bikes or boom boxes. Through hands-on learning and “real model” mentoring, we provide a space where young people are seen, supported, and capable. Where young people feel they can imagine and build their own future. Since 2015, TRACTION has helped thousands of young people discover their strengths and gain the direction they need to move their lives forward, sparking real momentum for them and their communities.
