TrackTreads is a world leader in the development and provision of Undercarriage Management Software using a SAAS model to cover all makes and models of tracked machines up to Rope Shovels. This is accompanied by full training and support for any aspect of the software or performing inspections. The software includes both a mobile app. for collecting field inspection data for measurements including connection to an ultrasonic tool, images and comments. This syncs with a web portal for interpretation and management of undercarriage inspection results. Customers can manage their entire tracked fleet using our complete inspection kits and the software system. The system also includes Digital Inspection forms covering:- PM Services, Daily Equipment Inspections, Risk Assessments and Structural Inspections for Chassis and booms. All data is collected via mobile app running on Android, IOS or Microsoft. Results with answers, comments images and flags are then synced with the web app for supervisor and Reliability Engineer actioning.
