Trackers - The Apprentice Programme Information

Trackers is an apprenticeship programme that supports local businesses and motivated Islanders by providing industry-specific training and professional mentoring. Trackers can help your business in several ways: An impartial third party All apprentices are allocated a Trackers mentor to support them during their training and focus them on goal setting, achievement and recognising success. The mentor also supports the employer and / or supervisor working with their apprentice to get the best outcome for everyone. Payment of course fees Trackers financially supports apprentices' industry-specific training to a Level 3 qualification, plus literacy and numeracy to at least Level 2. We may also be able to provide funds for short training courses that will benefit the apprentice and your business. Commitment of apprentice As the funding from Trackers will be released for course fees, the apprentice must pay back any fees if they are dismissed from their employment due to misconduct, or if they fail to complete their college course.
