Tracer Information

Tracer is an AI Technical Program Manager for engineering orgs. It connects to the company's internal systems (e.g. GitHub, Jira, Slack, Confluence, Google Calendar) and watches the signals humans miss. A PR merged against a ticket nobody updated. A decision made in Slack that never reached the sprint board. A dependency slipping three teams away from the person it will block. When Tracer catches something, it does not send you another alert. It proposes the fix. A ticket update, a status change, a message to the right owner. You approve it, Tracer executes it. Nothing happens without sign-off. Most tools in this space give you dashboards. Dashboards give you more things to read. Tracer does the work a TPM would do: tracking, chasing, reconciling, and closing the loop.
