BAUHAUS har idag ca 3000 anställda i Sverige och 24 varuhus från Umeå i norr till Malmö i söder. Idag ser vi att psykisk ohälsa ökar bland unga i Sverige och vi vill vara med om att vända den trenden genom många initiativ som inspirerar till en aktiv livsstil. Genom vårt samarbete med Tim Bergling Foundation så arbetar vi för att bidra till ett aktivt stöd till ungdomar som inte mår bra. Vi har även ett tydligt uppdrag att öka fokus på psykisk hälsa internt vilket vi gör genom utbildningar, föreläsningar och andra stödfunktioner för våra medarbetare, så som annonyma, kostnadsfria psykologsamtal för den som har behov av samtalsstöd. Det är viktigt för oss att vara en bra arbetsgivare och att erbjuda våra medarbetare en sund arbetsplats med goda karriärmöjligheter. Det är inte bara BAUHAUS eller ungdomar som bygger Sverige. In Södra’s world everything starts with the forest. The forest provides our constant supply of raw materials and is the essential requirement for Södra’s many different operations. 53,000 forest owners in southern Sweden are members of the economic association that is Södra. They own just over half of all privately owned forest in the area, as well as a group of companies that are successful in both Swedish and international markets. This gives them a market for their raw materials from the forest and at the same time provides the foundation for profitable forestry. Södra is also a large employer. 3,100 people work for the Group, in areas that range from forestry management and environmental conservation to accounting, sales and product development.
