Based in Paris and operating as Tracee SAS, a registered French company, tracee delivers engagements globally. We work across four practice areas: Stablecoin infrastructure. We design settlement flows, redemption windows, and reserve composition, and architect issuance models compliant with MiCA, NYDFS, and MAS, including chain selection, custody patterns, oracle architecture, and bank-rail integration. Tokenized products. We engineer tokenized deposits, money market funds, and real-world asset frameworks for institutional issuance and distribution, covering subscription, redemption, corporate-action mechanics, and secondary-market design. Agentic AI workflows. We move treasury reconciliation, KYC review, and exposure monitoring from pilot to production, with human-in-the-loop oversight, guardrails, escalation paths, and audit trails. Product strategy. We translate regulatory posture into product briefs, target architectures, and executable roadmaps for engineering and risk, with compliance scoping across KYC, AML, CFT, Travel Rule, and GDPR.
