After 30 + years in General Aviation aircraft maintenance, Trace Aviation in 2004 began to specialize in King Air Landing Gear. Since then our team has been focused on acquiring specific knowledge along with the equipment / tooling / approved repair processes / and inventory necessary to become a premium supplier / provider of King Air Landing Gear services. To guarantee consistent quality all our overhauls / inspections are performed in house. This includes but not limited to: gearboxes, actuators, motors, shock struts, and drag leg assemblies. Our technicians are trained and experienced in all aspects of King Air Landing Gear. This includes removal / installation / rigging and the actual overhaul / inspection of Landing Gear components. Most all our techs are A&P’s (3 are IA’s), have 5 + years of King Air Landing Gear experience and are indeed “specialists”. Trace Aviation remodeled existing facilities and moved to Jackson, MS / KJAN in the summer of 2010. The remodel was specifically designed to accommodate our growing King Air Landing Gear Overhaul / Inspection / Installation Services. From receiving/incoming inspection to final assembly/inspection and everything in between, our new facility has proven beneficial to our efficiency and progress.
