TR2050 will accelerate the change required in the Total Rewards practices to address the fast-paced transformation of global organisations, new and future working models, and advancement in technology. It applies innovative thinking and piloting to create a new framework for effective total reward solutions, which can meet future work practices and models. TR2050 does not just concentrate on Total Reward and will not adapt and fix old methodologies. It will anticipate the rapid transformation in the way work gets done in the future, the change in society, new organisational structures, adoption of technology, the way people communicate and the values and behaviour of the next generation of the workforce. It will use scenarios of the longer-term future to prepare total rewards for the decades to come.
