The company has had several successful builds and exits of 50 to 300 head, pure play software implementation partner businesses across multiple geographies. What we do: 1) Early Stage Investments Tquila leverages its talent network and market insight to identify early-stage tech start-up opportunities and co-invest with software companies looking to build their tech ecosystem. Using a ‘Hands-on’ model to bring know how and expertise alongside coaching, management services and board participation. 2) Build Operate Transfer (BOT) Joint Venture (JV) with consulting firms to build specialist technology business with a pre-agreed call option for the JV partner to acquire Tquila’s shareholding once key thresholds reached. Benefits for a corporate partner include the venture only goes onto P&L when purchase completed optimising the partners financials as the business is profitable and pre integrated at time of purchase, acquiring at a discount to the market.
