TPM Contractors Services, Inc. seeks compliance by educating the project's subcontractors, reviews all of the project's Labor Compliance documentation prior to submittal, monitors day-to-day labor code compliance on Davis-Bacon Act & State Funded projects & works closely with the Public Works' Awarding Body to assist with the enforcement of prevailing wage Federal statutes / State labor codes. TPM Contractors Services, Inc. monitors work force eligiblity, CA DAS apprenticeship requirements, prevailing wages and documentation, labor code compliance, HUD Section 3 Compliance, local hire monitoring of area resident worker force placements on the project, and performs onsite labor compliance interviews. TPM Contractors Services, Inc. maintains a Section 3 / Local Hire Program with a goal or requirement to hire Low or Very Low income earning Area Resident Workers (ARW) within the zip code region of the Public Works Project.
