TP Engineering Information

Located in Poway, CA, TP Engineering Services, LLC was formed in early 2017 as the result of requests from many of our consulting customers to produce the hardware in our designs. For the prior 15 years, we performed only design and analysis services for many laser, optic and electro-optic device companies. The decision to become a hardware provider resulted in explosive growth that is an on-going challenge for the company. We currently develop advanced diode-pumped solid-state laser and electro-optic products, devices and systems for the US Government, US and NATO Defense Contractors and, commercial (civilian) companies. Our laser product deliveries are focused on high beam quality, compact, pulsed laser systems with durations from 60 fsec to 20 nsec with Pulse Repetition Frequency from <0.1 Hz to more than 200 kHz. These systems are typically delivered with operation at 1,2 and 3w but some 4w systems have also been delivered. Current contracts also include the development of very high pulse energy systems. Our electro-optic product development is focused on producing components which enable a new class of high resolution imaging from air and space platforms.
