TOYOTA Connected Middle East FZCO Information

TOYOTA Connected Middle East FZCO (formerly known as Middle East Telematics Service FZCO) was established in October 2013 and is the fourth largest subsidiary company of TOYOTA Connected Corporation. The company was established to expand telematics services in the Middle East and is primarily engaged with outsourcing the operations on behalf of its shareholders, TOYOTA Connected Corporation and TOYOTA Tsusho Corporation, by providing smartphone-based telematics services to TOYOTA and Lexus vehicle owners through an outsourced call centre. These telematics services include two smartphone applications namely T-Connect and L-Connect. In addition to these services, TOYOTA Connected Middle East also provides training and support to TOYOTA dealers in the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, with their offices located in Dubai, UAE.
