Overview: • We are a BBBEE Level 4 business. • All of us have owned businesses and/or held Executive level corporate appointments. • We have all owned at least one business, we know how to achieve success • Most of us have experience working with successful international consulting firms. • We were founded by Tracy Townsend and started trading in the year 2000. • Our senior associates have well in excess of 200 years’ of collective consulting experience. Mission statement: As a team of leaders, we stand together and use our knowledge, skills, experience and talent to further the aims of business in South Africa, to grow our economy and provide a sustainable future for all our fellow men, women and children. We have a need to give back to our communities and our country all that we’ve learnt and empower those who make a difference in our collective future. We find solutions by being a part of our clients’ team, not separated from it. We don’t hide behind a unique or special methodology we claim to have invented, we use common sense to apply methodologies that will work for the client, once we have a full understanding of the solutions that will best solve the problems and obstacles they face. To do this, we need to be fully present and available. We ask questions before we apply something we craft, we don’t apply rigid industrial engineering blueprints developed elsewhere that restrict innovation and out-of-the-box thinking. We constantly question ourselves to make sure that we don’t impose our perceptions before seeking to understand, we foster curiosity and each client is ‘new’ and unique to us for this reason. We don’t know better until we can fully understand.
