La Rive Gauche (The Left Bank) is the southern bank of the River Seine in Paris. "Rive Gauche"​ or "Left Bank"​ generally refers to the Paris of an earlier era: the Paris of artists, writers and philosophers. The phrase implies a sense of bohemianism, counterculture and creativity. While it remains a haven for artists and bohemians, it is also the site of many wonderful and famous brasseries, including Les Deux Magots (The Two Maggots), Café Flore and Brasserie Lipp. Chef proprietor, Roland Passot epitomizes our Fun and French Culture. Drunken Fish was founded in the Spring of 2003 in St. Louis, Missouri. Within months, word spread that our trendy new restaurant offered the freshest and most innovative sushi in the region. High quality, paired with our award-winning "Half-Price Happy Hour" and popular weekly and signature parties quickly proved to be a recipe for success! In just 8 years, Drunken Fish has become one of the Midwest's favorite places to see and be seen.
