A beautiful interface means little if the foundations cannot scale. Data is only useful when connected to decisions, not trapped in reports. Our work lives in those overlaps, where tradeoffs are real and good judgement matters. What we've learned over 14 years is that this isn't a linear process. Strategy informs what gets built. What gets built generates insight. That insight refines the strategy. Businesses that succeed stay close to what their customers need and keep adjusting.
