Touch2see is a team of young French entrepreneurs based in Toulouse who have developed a device that enables visually impaired or blind individuals to follow a sporting event through touch and audio. Our mission is to promote inclusion for all audiences in the world of sports. We aim to provide a unique immersive experience, allowing visually impaired individuals to fully feel the emotions and passion of sports. That’s why our solution, resembling a miniature sports field, enables users to track the movement of the ball via a magnetic cursor while experiencing the intensity of the game and players’ actions through haptic feedback. This tactile experience is combined with an audio feed, providing essential information such as game time, score, and the name of the ball carrier, thereby enriching the overall experience for the user. With this innovation, Touch2see aspires to create change by bridging the current gap between visually impaired fans and the world of sports, moving towards a more inclusive and equitable society.
