Touch Grass is a social experiential learning platform designed to help young adults build real-world life skills through action — not lectures. Most young adults graduate knowing how to write an essay. But not how to: Have hard conversations, build real confidence, manage their emotions, navigate independence, and actually enjoy their lives. That gap is costing an entire generation clarity, resilience, and self-trust. So we built Touch Grass. Through curated challenges, gamified experiences, and community-driven accountability, we help Gen Z and university-age users build confidence in areas that traditional education skips: -Emotional intelligence -Social confidence -Resilience -Independence -Real-world problem solving Instead of overwhelming young adults with advice, we give them small, intentional actions that compound into real growth. Small dares. Intentional discomfort. Playful challenges. Reflection that actually sticks. Because personal development shouldn’t feel like homework. And adulthood shouldn’t feel like guesswork.
