TOTEiM, a connected services operator to drive the (residential and commercial) building smart for homeowners, occupants, condominium trustees and collective housing economic players. CONNECT - SHARE - IMPROVE 🏢 We connect buildings, allow residents, trustees to better share collective information in order to reduce the energy footprint and expenses. 🏢 We facilitate and streamline the communication between all the actors of the co-ownership for a greater implication of all the occupants and to make life in common more "soft". 🏢 We aggregate all building’s data from heterogeneous sources (collective, internal, external, IoT) in an open environment to add on-demand sensors. 🏢 We minimize claims through real-time data analysis and implement scenarios to improve proactivity and reduce claims repair costs (predictive maintenance).
