Tessy Plastics was founded in 1973 in a single, small location in Elbridge, New York and has since grown into a global contract manufacturer with locations in Central New York, Virginia and China with a collective production footprint of over 1.2 million square feet. Opening in 1997, Tessy Plastics, LLC was established in Lynchburg, Va. to support a nearby international telecom corporation. Over the next 25 years, Tessy VA expanded into contract manufacturing for a diverse range of medical, aerospace, consumer products, automotive, military, and industrial customers. In 2022 Tessy Plastics, LLC became Total Plastic Solutions, LLC. Still family owned and led by Henry’s son Ken Beck, TPS operates the same way since the beginning – with a relentless focus on quality, constantly looking to find smarter and more cost-effective processes that add value. Privately held and answering only to our customers and ourselves, we invest in the latest technologies and top engineering talent to move our business and our customers forward. Centrally located in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, our manufacturing plant operates five days a week in a privately-owned, 122,500 square-foot air-conditioned facility. Our scientific molding trained staff operate injection molding equipment ranging from 40 up to 720 tons. TPS excels in bringing the most challenging and innovative product designs from concept to reality.
