Total Personnel is 24 hours / 7 days a week service to all of its clients and our rates are very competitive within today's market. Our Focus is: “The efficient and cost effective supply of staff on temporary, contract and full time basis in order to provide a total recruitment solution to our clients.” We will provide as part of our service offer, specifically managing your day-to-day requirements. Your Account Manager will co-ordinate all of your requirements, on-site liaison, invoicing and support. This is all part of our service and comes at no extra cost. The Account Manager will be responsible for the overall contract and will be your key contact person (supported by our in-house team of support supervisors and managers) to deal with the day-to-day operational requirements of the contract. Your Account Manager will have full access to each of the mechanisms required to ensure decisions can be made immediately and as required to ensure a smooth and efficient service. This includes access to Operations, Personnel, Finance, and Quality Managers as well as advice from specialist staff.
