Total Depth Resources Group Information

Solutions for Success Total Depth Resources offers the comprehensive capabilities and deep energy services industry knowledge necessary to help you solve the most complex issues of your organization. Our goal at TDR is to drill down to understand the needs of the company to grow and maximize performance of the people. We see our clients as partners with the same goal in mind. Just like oil, people are a valuable resource and key to a company's profitability and bottom line results. TDR is a people consulting firm with specialization in Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Strategic Search. TDR's team is focused on the energy services market, including drilling, directional services, frac, coil tubing, and cementing and acidizing service lines. TDR's consultants have over 20 years of real world field and executive experience working in the energy services market. TDR understands the challenges that our drilling and energy services clients face in the cyclical, boom, bubble bust market of the oil patch. TDR's goal and success comes from developing long term initiatives to effectively attract, retain, and build a solid team of professional, technical, and administrative employees for its clients. "It's just iron... without the people"
