Tortuga Information

Tortuga is a think-tank and a no-profit organization, founded in 2015. We offer policy-making-oriented consultancy services to institutions, companies and policy makers. We help build concrete proposals for change and we carry out data-driven analyzes and researches. To date we are about 55 members spread across various Italian cities, European capitals and North American metropolises. We are non-profit, self-funded and independent. Our motto is “Don't get there by contrast”, because we believe in a proactive and proactive approach to today's challenges, which is not limited to mere criticism. The founding values of Tortuga are democratic confrontation, economic and social freedom, protection of the weakest and willingness to serve our country. The efficiency and accountability of institutions are for us fundamental elements for the functioning of a large and inclusive community. Finally, we believe in openness to change, and we hope that our future home will become the European Union.
