Our vision is a world where people have the freedom to lead the active lifestyles they want to pursue. Through proactive management of their physical and mental health, people are prepared and equipped for when injuries occur, and recovery is empathetic, predictable and seamless. Our mission is to help people recover quickly and positively from injury, giving them the freedom to lead the active lifestyle they want to pursue. We were founded in late 2022 by a team of 4 people with first-hand experience of injury and strong personal drive to deliver on this mission. Supported by Innovate UK and NIHR awards, and guided by our values of healthy, empathetic, inclusive, open, innovative and evidence-led, we're developing an app to empower people to recover well and find freedom.
