Systems Engineering We apply systems engineering principles and are certified to ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System, to ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System and to OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series. TORQUE CORTEX guides and assists companies in their expansion into new markets and the integration of new technologies. We always assess projects holistically.
