The goal of Torch Community is to make the Minneapolis-Saint Paul area the most appealing place to live for global talent by creating community. This means “the relationships that go beyond the business card.” There are incredible young professional non- profit communities in Minneapolis-Saint Paul focused on career and leadership development, diversity, social responsibility, and the arts. Our goal is to connect young professionals into these communities by designing events that make relationships easier to form. Our mission is to be the gateway to community for emerging talent in the Twin Cities. We are a fund of the Minnesota Community Foundation.
