Top Spin Laundry is a family-owned group of attended laundromats in Los Angeles. We run three stores: • Top Spin — Mission Hills • Top Spin — Burbank • Rubi’s Laundry — North Hollywood Self-serve, wash-and-fold, and pickup where we offer it. Stores run on card and app, not quarters. Staff on the floor. We buy older coin laundromats, put in working equipment, and convert them off coin. Mission Hills was remodeled in 2025.
