Topsail Re will not be purely opportunistic but rather seek out business partners that fit our long term view of underwriting and in turn creates a true value proposition to all parties. This opportunity is afforded us as we will have no outside investors. The Company has significant financial backing with a dedicated capital base and the ability to access additional capital to support future growth.
