Vertical Ventures provides Public & Private group events for Birthday Parties(for all ages), Summer Camps, Youth Groups, Bar/Bat Mitzvah's and more. Standard Events are 2 hours long and include use of our private event room, a Vertical Ventures Ambassador to ensure your event runs smoothly, 1 staff belayer per every 5 climbers and a free return visit for each participant. Private Events are 2 hours long and include exclusive use of the Vertical Ventures facility, a Vertical Ventures Ambassador to ensure your event runs smoothly, 1 staff belayer per every 3 climbers and a free return visit for each participant.

Pinnacle Development, Inc. was established in 1989. Since then we have successfully completed a wide array of commercial, residential, and institutional construction projects, including stand-alone bank buildings, branch improvements, tenant build-outs, medical offices, and any and all exterior and interior improvements. Previous to starting Pinnacle Development, Inc., he was involved in the revival of Printers Row in the early 1980's. Working with the Architect Owners in the planning, design and budgeting of three high rise rehabilitations, they now anchor the historic Printers Row neighborhood.
