Cherrydale Kitchen and Bath by Top Builders is a design-build remodeling firm that has been on Northern Virginia job sites since 2002. One team designs your kitchen or bath, supplies the cabinetry and stone, pulls the permit and builds it. One contract, one schedule, one point of contact from the first sketch to the finished room — no hand-off between a designer and a contractor you have never met. What that looks like in practice: - A free in-home consultation, then a rendered view of the finished space and a clear, fixed price before any work begins. - Selections made in person at our Arlington showroom on Langston Blvd — every door style, slab and pull. - We tell you up front how long you will be without a kitchen. - Semi-custom and custom cabinetry. - Electrical work is performed or supervised by our subcontracted master electrician. The design team is led by Lucia Lukosik, Associate Kitchen & Bath Designer (AKBD) and NKBA member, with Mary Ellen DeCaprio, AKBD. Denis Lukosik, Project Director, runs the build.
