For over 16 years, Chris Hatcher has worked in the residential and commercial insurance adjustment field. In 2002, he earned an AIC (Associate in Claims) designation from the American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters. His experience with Xactimate goes back over 10 years, and for the past 6 years he has successfully managed, trained and mentored claims adjusters as they acquire beginning and advanced skills using the Xactimate tool set. Chris has trained both independent and staff adjusters for Xactimate's largest client, and in 2009 as well as 2010, was recognized as the highest claim producer in America for the nation's largest insurer. Our students are consistently the highest volume/ longest staying adjusters on storm sites throughout the U.S. This is due in large part to our claims handling philosophy- the perspective provided by our trainers is second to none.
