Our team includes: Andrew Watters - Director Beginning his trade background in the engineering industry as a structural and bridge draftsman, Andrew has worked with many large companies on major infrastructure projects across the country and overseas. An opportunity to work for a small building company and assist them grow their business was too hard to resist. Andrew has since helped numerous trade companies in the areas of business development, project management, tendering, OHS compliance, QA compliance and estimating. He has also assisted smaller trade companies with little or no administration staff to bid for and win medium to large government and commercial contracts. In the process of assisting numerous trade business owners, Andrew has developed Off the Tools - Business Services for Tradies, providing a valuable service to tradespeople looking to improve the way they do things "Off the Tools".
