Tonic is a software agency that doesn't suck. We build software for companies whose core competency isn't technology, but who want to build great digital products to run their business and serve their customers. We loathe bureaucracy. We dislike making things more complex than they need to be - whether it's the processes we follow, the tools we use, or the software we produce. We focus on output, and making software that is fast, well-designed, well-finished, and easy to use. We run small, focused teams with PMs who know tech, and developers who can communicate as well as they can code. And we have a roster of top notch designers that we bring in as project needs dictate.
