I’ve been in sales since 2007, starting at 22. Back then, I was broke and a bit unsure about where I wanted to go in life. I took a commission-only job in Recruitment against the advice of everyone closest to me. I quickly became the top performer, earning more than $800,000 per year. By 26, I’d hit most of the goals I thought mattered at the time: the Lamborghini, Ferrari, penthouse flat, and designer clothes. What I didn’t realise then was the long-term cost of chasing success that way, and how important it is to build the life you dream of sustainably, without burning the candle at both ends. Over time, I have become disillusioned with the rise of so-called sales influencers, people preaching success online without ever having achieved it themselves. Today, I operate several multi-million-pound brands, and I’m focused on giving away everything I’ve learned to help inspire the next generation to go after their dreams and achieve real, lasting success. I’m still actively leading the businesses I’ve built. I’m passionate about great sales, about the art of human connection that AI will never replace and about building meaningful relationships that evolve into long-term friendships.
