Tomlinson & Sons, Inc. is a small, hands-on general contracting company that has been building custom homes in the lakes area for over 30 years. Dana Tomlinson has a family history of years in the lumber and building industry. His father Mac and brother Blair owned and operated Tomlinson Lumber in Callaway, MN. Tomlinson & Sons got its start in Northern California in 1985, and today builds distinctive homes in north-western Minnesota and eastern North Dakota. We act as the general contractor in the construction of a new home or the renovation of an existing home. We assist in the design process, establishing a budget, and determining the priorities of the individual client. We secure, coordinate, and oversee all subcontractors involved in the project. We are committed to quality construction, client-driven design and strong customer service. Our focus during the initial planning phase through construction is always to match the client's personality and lifestyle with the design to ensure that the final product is more than just a house. We want it to feel like your home on day one. At every step of the process - on every project - our team is involved.
