TOMII is a financial wellness solution for employers to provide as a company benefit to their employees - without all the complicated integration! Through a mix of online education and confidential 1-on-1 virtual personal coaching sessions, we have transformed the way companies can support their employees' financial wellbeing. Before you ask: NO, we are not financial advisors🧐 We are money coaches! We do not invest employees' money or make decisions for them. We empower employees so they can make their own informed decisions and take control of their financial future! 😍 How does it work, you ask? 1. We kick off each partnership with a launch event to get employees excited to work on their finances (yes, it is possible...😜) 2. We provide each partner access to our Online Academy: on-demand videos, tools and resources available at employees fingertips so they can build their own custom financial game plan, and manage their financial wellbeing forever 3. A financial coach is available on specific day(s) to give employees a safe space to talk about anything money related, as well as walk through their financial game plan and get advice and additional tips Everyone's financial situation and goals are different, that's why we offer tools and resources along with access to a money coach so that every employee can tackle their own unique situation!
