TOMCAT - UST is a service and coverage provider in various university-wide, college-based, and external events. Consequently, TOMCAT - UST provides its audience with informative, entertaining, and relevant content through its various media platforms. It envisions itself to be the leading student media organization in the country that shall serve as a benchmark for high-caliber events management and video productions; ensuring its continued relevance by distributing its content on the widest array of platforms, at the same time putting the interest of its stakeholders above all.
