Tombot creates robotic companion animals that transform the daily lives of individuals, families, and communities facing health adversities. Our flagship product, Jennie, is a lifelike robotic puppy designed in partnership with Jim Henson's Creature Shop, combining animatronic artistry with patent-pending interactive behavior, voice recognition, and touch-responsive sensors that mimic a real puppy's warmth and personality. Jennie is built to ease symptoms associated with dementia, anxiety, depression, and loneliness, and Tombot is working toward FDA recognition as a medical device and health-monitoring platform. Tombot was founded in 2017 by Tom Stevens, inspired by his mother Nancy's experience with Alzheimer's and the loss of companionship she faced when she could no longer safely keep her own dog.
