Together Information

Together is a community created for women working in Go-To-Market (GTM) or Talent functions, offering support, connection, and empowerment. In 2024, after founding Esto Search, co-founders Emma and Louise noticed that over 75% of their placements that year were women. Unintentionally, they had begun building a network of talented women who trusted them with their challenges, sought their guidance, and wanted to excel in a male-dominated industry. Recognising the need for a dedicated space where women could uplift one another, share their experiences, and grow together, Together was born. Today, Together is a thriving community that hosts both online and in-person events, featuring prominent leaders in the tech industry. Our Slack group serves as a vibrant hub for conversation, mentorship, and collaboration among like-minded women.
