Toeps leads technology & product development in consortia of (international) companies. The main areas for technology & product development are energy related and take place in the cleantech space. In each development all the parties have the same vision due to risk and profit sharing. Each party’s benefit is dependent on the gained benefit of the client. Simple and effective with high commercial potential is the key, therefore solutions can require performing research & development. In general the research and development periods are between 3 and 20 months. In other words, Toeps is an innovation implementation agency that shares risks with clients for optimum result in a joint mission. Toeps is implementing several innovations in the cleantech section. FUE, water-diesel emulsion without surfactants, status: applying for funding under DieselUp BV 3. SOU, decentralised fuel upgrading, removal of sulphur and particles, status: developing under DieselUp BV 4.
