Toby PT + Co is a multidisciplinary physical therapy group owned by Toby Richman, physical therapist and Polestar trained Pilates instructor. Toby PT includes Every Woman PT (physical therapy for women), Forever Fit Physical Therapy (at-home care for Seniors), and O-PT (physical therapy for osteoporosis and osteoarthritis prevention). Our clinic features a full Pilates studio. Our specialties include Pilates-based therapeutic exercise, manual and movement therapies, aquatic therapy, back pain and sciatica, sports injuries, women's health, and osteoporosis/osteoarthritis treatment. We offer hour-long physical therapy and one-on-one private Pilates sessions (call for pricing). From rehabilitation of injuries and improved sports performance, we can help you move with more awareness, flexibility, balance, and strength, and walk taller with enhanced posture. We also offer outpatient private practice at your home or business, including at several senior living communities in Chittenden County, as well as corporate contracts with clients such as Ben & Jerry's and Burton. We believe that there are many ways to integrate physical therapy into your life, which is why we offer several ways of working with us - whether in our clinic, your home or your office!
