TOArts is the nonprofit fundraising and presenting partner of the Bank of America Performing Arts Center in Thousand Oaks, CA. TOArts inspires and lifts up arts, culture, and entertainment through partnership, community support, education, and collaboration at the Bank of America Performing Arts Center and beyond. The performing arts have the profound ability to inspire performers and audiences alike to reach for the stars, discover new perspectives, and strengthen bonds between individuals through shared transformative experiences. TOArts builds a complete pipeline for the arts in Ventura County, from a child's first experience to a sustained career. Through Kids and the Arts, Arts Odyssey, and AccessArts, students across the region step into a theatre or a classroom residency for the first time. Through the Youth Arts Leadership Academy, Creators Conservatory, and Artist Incubator, young leaders and working artists build the skills, confidence, and business practices to make a life in the arts. As the largest presenter at the Bank of America Performing Arts Center, TOArts Presents brings world-class performers and audiences of every kind through the Kavli and Scherr Forum stages, alongside FamilyPAC's accessible ticketing and the TOArts Spotlight Festival's community celebration of the arts. TOArts also strengthens the wider creative ecosystem through the Olson Performance Grants, which keep other nonprofit arts organizations performing on BAPAC's stages, and through countywide initiatives like THRIVEVC and ReFrameVC that connect artists, culture bearers, and communities across Ventura County.
