Sallina Jeffrey partners with founder-led and investor-backed technology companies to strengthen commercial performance, accelerate growth and scale successfully across Australia and the wider APAC region. Working as an embedded commercial executive, Sallina partners with founders and leadership teams through periods of investment, growth, acquisition and transformation, helping organisations build commercially resilient businesses without losing sight of the vision that inspired them. Originally focused on mentoring and employee experience, her work has evolved into broader commercial and organisational leadership, exploring the human dynamics that influence technology adoption, customer retention, engagement and long-term organisational performance. Today, Sallina specialises in supporting global technology companies expanding into APAC through embedded commercial leadership spanning customer adoption, retention, expansion, executive stakeholder engagement and commercial strategy across enterprise environments. Her work is grounded in a simple belief: Technology alone rarely determines whether organisations succeed. Leadership, trust, culture and human engagement are often the hidden variables behind sustainable commercial growth. Alongside her commercial work, Sallina is completing a PhD in Organisational Psychology, researching how trust, leadership behaviour and workplace dynamics influence organisational performance. She is also the creator and host of the Making Work Work for Humans podcast, bringing together researchers, psychologists and business leaders to explore healthier, higher-performing workplaces.
