TM Information

TM is a multi-hyphenate design studio operating at the intersection of architecture, interior, and lighting design, where the boundaries between disciplines dissolve to reveal new ways of seeing and making space. From luxury retail and institutional buildings to residential homes, urban masterplans, and light-based sculpture, each project unfolds from a single story, developed from the earliest sketch to the final built form. There is an inherent magic in this process: a play of smoke and mirrors that is less about illusion than about wonder, the subtle alchemy that turns material and form into experience. Lighting Guided by collaboration, TM Light approaches illumination as an intrinsic part of architecture, integral to its form, material, and emotional resonance. Beyond shaping how architecture is seen, light brings it to life, allowing spaces to transform throughout the day, to breathe, and to reveal new dimensions over time. There is an inherent magic in this process: a play of smoke and mirrors that is less about illusion than about wonder, the subtle alchemy that turns material and form into experience. Architecture TM’s architecture projects create worlds that are at once playful and precise. For the firm, this means engaging in a design process that embraces whimsy and rigor: whimsy in the sense that the studio likes to create projects that have their own story and that bring a level of wonder for those who interact with them, and rigor in the sense that the firm leverages its intense knowledge of material, form, and fabrication to assure that the constructed versions of these projects are as beautiful as the ideas that went into imagining them.
