TLM Group LLC, a Cumming Group company, is a owner’s representation and project management firm comprised of engineering, architectural, construction, and technology professionals. Collectively, we provide Construction Project Management and Owner's Representative services for clients throughout the New York metropolitan area, including organizations in the mission critical, education, institutional, nonprofit, corporate, and healthcare sectors. In 2026, TLM Group merged with Cumming Group, North America's largest pure-play project management and cost consultancy, further strengthening our capabilities and expanding the resources available to clients worldwide. Our goal is to provide the managerial support and technical resources required to effectively oversee and execute our clients' projects. Beginning with site acquisition and planning and continuing through design, procurement, construction, closeout, and occupancy, our focus is to ensure our clients' objectives are clearly defined, understood, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
