TLC follow a specific recruitment process to ensure we find the right candidate for our clients. A fixed charge or labour hire rate is confirmed with our clients prior to engaging a contractor so that this can be budgeted for within the project. Within this rate all salaries and overheads including wages, superannuation, workers compensation, public liability, professional indemnity and payroll tax is included to keep the adminsitration to the client to a minimum.
