We design and deliver outdoor team building projects to maximise benefit and learning. Using outdoor projects increases the life of the team's learning by ensuring that the experience is remembered, possibly for the rest of their lives. We create teambuilding exercises that involve a balance of logical, creative, abstract and physical components ensuring that we engage all team members in the challenge. The emphasis of the challenge lies in identifying how best to use the talents and attributes of the team to maximise their success. We make use of many outdoor environments some involving more physical challenge than others, though our exercises and activities do not require especial physical fitness, strength or agility. Some of our clients ask for activities such as abseiling, orienteering, canoeing, mountain journeys, caving and ridge walking to be included in the teambuilding process, though the majority require less physical challenges. We operate throughout the UK, though for the more challenging outdoor courses we tend to prefer venues in the Derbyshire Peak District, the Lake District, Snowdonia, Brecon Beacons, Yorkshire Dales and similarly inspiring areas.
