Founded in 2009, Tkacz Engineering, LLC is a software engineering services company specializing in the development of custom, web-based, data-driven solutions for Federal Government clients that have unique and/or difficult challenges. Real Experience with the Warfighter When we say we support the warfighter, we mean it! Our people have worked directly with the warfighter in the most austere environments. Our senior leadership has a broad understanding of the challenges our military faces, having worked in various contingency environments to include the Combined Air/Space Operations Center (CAOC) in Qatar supporting the AFCENT A6, having worked on Systems and Programs of Records in Iraq such as Distributed Common Ground System-Army (DCGS-A), the Combined Information Data Network Exchange (CIDNE) and the Joint-IED Defeat Organization, and having supported U.S. Forces-Afghanistan (USFOR-A) with managing the legal arming compliance of 30,000 private security contractors in Kabul, Afghanistan. Mission Our mission is to design, develop and continuously deliver software products that are simple to use, which provide immediate value, that fit the needs of the entire organization (stakeholders to end users) and can be modified quickly to adapt to the organization’s ever-changing mission. We act as a partner to the organizations we support, strongly focusing on their requirements and providing a true user-centered design, leading to solutions that will greatly exceed expectations. We accomplish this by using a mix of Agile methodologies coupled with DevSecOps, allowing us to deliver reliable software capabilities quickly, conveniently and on-budget.
