White Oak Pastures is a six generation family farm in the rural town of Bluffton, Georgia. We practice what we call radically traditional farming. Every day, we butcher meat from animals raised in a regenerative manner using humane animal management practices. This is no easy task, but it is our passion. To operate our vertically integrated, zero-waste model, it takes 165+ caring people working together to accomplish a common goal: taking care of our land, our livestock, and our rural community.

Ranch Foods Direct is an all-natural retail store and meat processing facility created by rancher Mike Callicrate to bring healthy, high quality, naturally tender meats directly to consumers straight from the ranch. The goal of this one-of-a-kind program is to create a business that benefits both ranchers and consumers. Ranch Foods Direct’s cattle raising, processing, and distribution system assures incomparable quality, wholesomeness, eating satisfaction, and a mutually rewarding relationship of trust and responsibility between the rancher and the customer.

Heritage Foods was founded in 2001 to preserve ancient breeds of livestock that were becoming extinct, largely because industrial agriculture willfully pushed them aside for more profitable, faster-growing animals. Rare breeds are saved when popular demand increases and farmers have the incentive to raise them, in other words, we must eat these breeds to save them! Our farmers raise animals humanely, outdoors, on-pasture, and never with antibiotics or growth hormones, creating the most delicious, supremely marbled, juicy meat in the world.
