TJR Advisors is a Kansas City area based consulting firm providing planning and management services to the transit industry. We assist transit organizations with short and long-range planning, management and financial analyses, intergovernmental relations, and competitive contracting. Through its founder and principal, Ted J. Rieck, the firm brings over thirty years of industry experience gained as a general manager of the Indianapolis transit system as well as with nationally recognized transportation architecture and engineering firms.
